Some people say:"Food! So many stories and culture through Chinese food and the country is so big, you have so many to discover from food,in particular,Hotpot, You will see a hotpot restaurant on a street very usually.it may be Chinese national favorite ,particularly among the young people. Another thing is that, 'food ' plays an essential role in Chinese culture,if a guy want to know more about China,having Chinese food must be a good way."
I agree, hotpot was huge for family bonding for me, and family is essential in our culture lol
Some people say:"A benign example might be tea. There are many types and it goes through many different process to arrive in front of you but we all recognise it as tea. Some varieties are well known overseas, some are very local and some have been transported far away. It has a loooooooong history and there are many traditions that have sprung up around it. Some is examined and picked apart for certain qualities while some are simply enjoyed without too much thinking."
